Reiki

Reiki (ray-kee) is both a form of vital energy and also a spiritual practice developed in early 20th century Japan.
Similar to the subtle flow of prana in a yoga class, qi in the course of Qigong, or chi during a Tai Chi practice, Reiki supports our wellness and helps balance our body/mind. As a form of energy work, it is a gentle hands on technique that promotes a relaxed and meditative state, allowing the body to rest and heal. Clients remain fully clothed during Reiki sessions with a comfortable treatment table to recline on. Calm and balancing tones of a crystal singing bowl are integrated into each session to aid in shifting busy minds to a more peaceful state. Complimentary certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils are available for in person sessions. 60-90 minute sessions available

Distance Reiki
Just as effective as hands on treatment, the healing benefits of Reiki can also be received remotely in the comfort of your own home. Distance sessions are available via Zoom or offline, they include:
~ Consultation + guided meditation
~ 30 minute distance Reiki session
~ Post session check-in
Foot Reflexology

Practiced around the world for centuries, reflexology is a noninvasive technique that stimulates the nervous system to support the body's natural healing response by applying gentle pressure to various reflex points in the feet. Deep relaxation and a sense of well being afterward are common experiences with reflexology. Clients remain fully clothed during sessions with a comfortable treatment table to recline on. 30 minute service - only available as an add on for Reiki sessions |
Yoga + Sound MeditationEach Friday evening class is an invitation to wind down from your week and ease yourself into a more balanced state of mind and body. Classes are open to all levels and include a one hour practice centered on slow paced mindful movement paired with breath awareness. A 15 minute crystal singing bowl sound meditation practice concludes each class.
Class time length is 75 minutes |
Monthly Sound Bath
During sound baths, the soothing effects of singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments on the body/mind is a common experience in the sound healing community. Immersed in peaceful and harmonic tones, attendees are invited to simply breathe and settle into a deeply restful state of being or to explore their own personal meditative sound journey.
Blankets and yoga mats are available for your comfort and support, please feel free to bring water and any extra cushioning needed.
